We offer dance programs for all ages, from children as young as 5 years old to adults of all ages. Our classes are tailored to each age group's developmental needs and goals, whether you're looking for youth dance education, adult social dancing, or competitive training.

Not at all! Many of our students come solo. Your instructor serves as your partner. Additionally, we rotate partners in group classes to ensure everyone gets a chance to dance and learn how to lead and follow with different people.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. For footwear, smooth-soled shoes work best for ballroom and Latin dancing. Avoid sneakers or rubber-soled shoes as they can stick to the floor. Once you're enrolled, we can help you select proper dance shoes.

You'll be moving to music after just one lesson! Most students feel comfortable social dancing within 3-6 months of regular practice. The timeline varies based on your goals, practice frequency, and whether you're learning for social dancing, weddings, or competition.

We specialize in American style Ballroom and Latin dance, including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, and Bolero. For those seeking a broader repertoire, we also offer International style training, as well as Salsa, Bachata, and more.
