We require 24-hour notice for lesson cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other students. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be charged. We understand emergencies happen and handle those on a case-by-case basis.

Absolutely. While we carefully match students with instructors based on goals and personality, we understand that sometimes a different teaching style works better. We're happy to arrange a switch to ensure you have the best possible learning experience.

Yes, we offer virtual private lessons via video call for students who prefer remote learning or can't make it to the studio. While in-person instruction is ideal for partner dancing, virtual lessons work well for solo technique, footwork practice, and maintaining progress between in-studio sessions.
